Luisa Fernanda Molano is a respected executive coach, speaker, and award-winning author. As the founder of HERlocity, she leads female entrepreneurs who want to meaningfully grow their revenue - without burnout.
With over 15 years of experience across Fortune 200 and 500 companies, she’s guided founders, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven leaders around the globe. Luisa brings an impressive level of depth and breadth to her work. She’s shared her insights on stages like Entrepreneurs Organization Innosphere Ventures and non-profit spaces like the La Habra City School District and UncommonFuture.
Luisa's academic journey includes attending Regis University and obtaining dual executive and embodiment coaching certifications. She studied under figures like Steve Hardison, Rich Litvin, and shaman LánéSaán Moonwalker.
Despite nearly two decades in the corporate world, Luisa yearned to have a deeper sense of fulfillment. Recognizing her innate calling for something greater, she took the brave leap into entrepreneurship and now leads HERlocity, a global network that blends purpose, strategy/execution, and personal growth for female entrepreneurs across the globe.
Through her 1:1 work with clients and her signature program, EXPAND, Luisa supports female entrepreneurs on the journey to $250K in revenue to build the inner and outer systems that fuel scale and success.

Luisa has served as a Colorado Governor’s Fellow and has held board positions in the public and private sectors. Her company offers an ongoing full-year coaching scholarship to emerging Latina talent.
As part of her commitment to female empowerment, Luisa co-authored a picture book with her nine-year-old niece titled I Believe In Me: How Little Ideas Become Big Dreams.” In 2024, it won the Gold Moonbeam Children’s Book Award.
Luisa’s semi-nomadic life involves dividing her time between Florida, Denver, and Arizona, where she shares adventures with her husband, Townsend.
